The materials appearing on SwipeCare could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SwipeCare does not warrant that any of the materials on SwipeCare are accurate, complete, or current. SwipeCare may make changes to the materials contained on SwipeCare at any time without notice.

12. Refund Policy

Contact unlock purchases may be refunded within 7 days if the contact has not been used or viewed. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. To request a refund, contact support@swipecare.io.

SwipeCare reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SwipeCare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

15. Third-Party Services

SwipeCare integrates with third-party services (Supabase, Stripe, Anthropic, Unsplash, Nursys). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. SwipeCare is not responsible for their conduct or policies.
